Absolutely. Our kids classes run close to half girls, and we have a weekly women’s and teen girls class. You’ll be in good company.

Definitely. Every class blends cardio, strength, and conditioning with real technique, so you get a full workout while you learn.

Just comfortable workout clothes, a t-shirt and shorts or leggings. Kids train without a gi, adults use a loaner gi for class, and our introductory program comes with a gi to get you started.

Yes. We run a daytime homeschool jiu jitsu program and we’re an approved homeschool vendor, so it works for charter families. It’s a great way for kids to train and burn energy during the day.

No. We train all ages and adjust to your body and pace. If you’re moving, you can train.

We run adult classes at 6am, 10am, and evenings, plus kids classes four days a week, so most schedules fit.

None at all. Most people start with zero, and our coaches teach every level from day one.

Yes. Your first class is a free intro where a coach teaches you a few moves and shows you how you’d fit in.

Yes, just let us know. Our coaches adjust techniques so training works for your body. Check with your doctor first if you have a medical concern.

We group kids by age and stage: 4 to 7, 8 to 12, and teens 13 to 17, so every child trains with the right peers and pace.
