This class serves as a preparatory class to those interested in seriously enrolling at the academy and training at least twice a week in our Beginner Program. Intro classes are only available by appointment. Call 619.741.3000 and schedule your Free Intro Class or fill out the form to the right.

Enrollees should show up at least 15 min prior to intro class time with a valid I.D. and athletic wear (ie. shorts or sweatpants and shirt.) We provide lockers and showers (please bring your own towel.) Minors should be accompanied by parent or legal guardian

The academy is located at 8380 Center Drive right next to Dixieline.
