Pan Kids Jiu Jitsu Championship 2014
The Pan Kids Jiu Jitsu Championship is the most prestigious kids tournament in the world. Competitors from all over the world traveled to Carson, California to participate in it. There were a few Brazilian competitors who even cried as they won their final match since it meant so much for them (considering it wasn't easy for their parents to pay for their traveling expenses). Eat Smaller Portions
One of the healthiest countries in the world is Okinawa. The traditional Okinawan diet consists almost exclusively of fresh, unprocessed foods. But that is not the only reason for their high level of health. The Okinawans have a saying that goes like this "Hari Hachi Bu", which means “80 percent full.” The idea is that you never stuff yourself.
